Other rules-GUESTS: all adult Guests must be at least 25 years old.
-APARTMENT CAPACITY: the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, including children. This number cannot be exceeded without the express agreement of the owner.
- PUNCTUALITY: we count on you to respect the arrival and departure times agreed together during our discussions.
-ARRIVAL: If you notice a problem or damage immediately after your arrival, please notify us immediately.
- DRAPS: for stays of 7 nights no replacement, stays of 14 nights we leave 1 change at your disposal.
-TOWELS: Please do not use towels at the pool or beach. We provide 1 large and 1 medium bath towel per person per stay. For stays of 14 nights, we provide 1 large bath towel and 1 medium bath towel per person. There is a washing machine in the apartment.
-COMMON AREAS: Common areas must be kept clean and quiet after 10pm.
-SHARED SWIMMING POOL: sunbathing areas are shared with other holidaymakers or residents. It is forbidden to monopolize the sunbathing areas if you are not present. If you move the sunbeds to the lawn, please store them on the pool deck after use.
-DEPARTURE: Please ensure that the apartment is in the same condition as you found it on arrival. The kitchen must be left clean and the dishes done and put away, the dining tables cleaned, the shower trays and bathtub, toilet bowl must be rinsed and clean (without hair and other on the walls), the garbage removed.
- In PORTUGAL, individuals or companies offering holiday rentals are obliged to declare foreign holidaymakers to the Foreigners' Border Service (SEF).
Holidaymakers are required to send each traveller's ID or passport via Airbnb's secure messaging system at least 48 hours before their arrival.
