A modern bathroom with shower 2 toilets (one on each floor) The spacious living room invites you to unwind, offering a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a cosy dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, and washing machine – everything needed to make you feel right at home. The private terrace at the rear of the house with a barbecue is ideal for outdoor dining or a moment of relaxation after the beach. Guests enjoy access to a large communal swimming pool, surrounded by green lawns and sun loungers. Parking is easy and free near the house. 📍 Location Located just a few minutes from the beaches of Olhos de Água, Maria Luísa, and Falésia, the Baía do Mel residence offers a quiet and secure setting, perfect for families or couples. The centre of Albufeira, with its shops, restaurants, and entertainment, is only a 10-minute drive away. Faro International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away. 🧾 Booking and Cancellation Conditions Upon booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay is required to confirm the reservation. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Upon request, a split payment for the balance may be arranged, according to a schedule agreed upon by both parties. If the balance (or the agreed instalments) is not received on time, the booking may be considered cancelled, and the property made available again. In this case, the deposit paid will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation by the guest, the 50% deposit remains retained by the agency, regardless of the cancellation date. No refund will be issued in the event of a no-show or early departure. AL 126302

Cancellation: 40% of the total amount is due at booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival. Without payment within that period, the booking is automatically cancelled and the deposit is retained. All bookings are firm and final. In case of cancellation, for any reason, no refund will be made. In case of no-show or early departure, the full stay remains payable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Taxe de séjour – Albufeira The municipal tourist tax is €2 per person per night, from 1 April to 31 October, capped at 7 nights. Children under 12 are exempt. Cette taxe est incluse dans le prix du séjour.
