Cancellation: 40% of the total amount is due at booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival. Without payment within that period, the booking is automatically cancelled and the deposit is retained. All bookings are firm and final. In case of cancellation, for any reason, no refund will be made. In case of no-show or early departure, the full stay remains payable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Taxe de séjour – Albufeira The municipal tourist tax is €2 per person per night, from 1 April to 31 October, capped at 7 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.
