The accommodation The house is located in a private, gated, high-standard residence. • 5 minutes by car from the nearest beaches • 30 minutes from Faro airport 👉 Important: this accommodation is exclusively for families. Groups of young travelers are not accepted. An ideal setting to enjoy the best of Albufeira: the vitality of the city center and the tranquility of a residential area. 🧾 Booking and cancellation conditions Upon booking, a 50% deposit of the total stay amount is required to confirm the reservation. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date. Upon request, it is possible to agree on an installment payment plan for the balance, according to a schedule accepted by both parties. If the balance (or agreed installments) is not received on time, the reservation may be considered canceled, and the accommodation made available again. In this case, the deposit paid will not be refunded. In case of cancellation by the client, the 50% deposit remains acquired by the agency, regardless of the cancellation date. Cancellation: 40% of the total amount is due at booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival. Without payment within that period, the booking is automatically cancelled and the deposit is retained. All bookings are firm and final. In case of cancellation, for any reason, no refund will be made. In case of no-show or early departure, the full stay remains payable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
