The house benefits from several terraces, including one at the back (south-facing) with a plancha, table, chairs, garden sofa and armchairs, and with direct access to the shared swimming pool. Air conditioning in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms. This small residence consists of 16 houses nestled in the heart of the pine forest. If you choose this house for your holidays, key collection is done on-site with an agency representative, between 3 PM and 7 PM. Out of respect for the neighborhood, late arrivals are not accepted. 🧾 Booking and cancellation conditions When booking, a deposit of 50% of the total stay amount is required to confirm the reservation. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date. Upon request, it is possible to arrange a staggered payment of the balance, according to a schedule accepted by both parties. If the balance (or agreed installments) is not received on time, the reservation may be considered cancelled, and the accommodation made available again. In this case, the deposit paid will not be refunded. In case of cancellation by the client, the 50% deposit remains acquired by the agency, regardless of the cancellation date. This is the second year we have stayed in one of Calyferais properties and I cannot recommend them enough. The property is always beautifully spotless and Sandrine goes above and beyond, from waiting to meet us when our flight was delayed, she settled us in and made sure we have milk, juice and water. She was super responsive if we had any questions or needed anything and was so helpful during our stay. Amazing service- highly recommend. Thanks Sandrine and Calyferais for another fantastic holiday.

Séjour magnifique dans ce bel appartement . Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sandrine, très professionnelle, à l'écoute à la moindre question. Appartement très bien situé près de la plage de Falesia, facile pour se garer, intérieur très propre et très bien décoré. 3 belles chambres, très grande piscine Bref endroit de qualité

Excellents séjours (au pluriel car nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois tant nous sommes satisfaits), tout est fourni sur place. La maison est propre, fonctionnelle, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour une famille de 4 personnes : deux chambres, deux salles de bain, une grande pièce de vie, une grande terrasse très bien exposée La piscine est encore un autre avantage tout comme la plage accessible à pied sans longer de routes (idéal pour laisser les ados y aller en autonomie…) Sandrine est à l’écoute, disponible et joignable à tout moment. Des chambres grandioses accès à la piscine directement, à 5mn à pied de la mer et dans état de propreté impeccable. Conforme à nos souhaits.
