This house is on 3 levels and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus 1 sleeping area. The house benefits from several terraces, including one at the back (south-facing) with a plancha, table, chairs, garden sofa and armchairs, and with direct access to the shared swimming pool. Air conditioning in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms. This small residence consists of 16 houses nestled in the heart of the pine forest. If you choose this house for your holidays, key collection is done on-site with an agency representative, between 3 PM and 7 PM. Out of respect for the neighborhood, late arrivals are not accepted. 🧾 Booking and cancellation conditions When booking, a deposit of 50% of the total stay amount is required to confirm the reservation. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date. Upon request, it is possible to arrange a staggered payment of the balance, according to a schedule accepted by both parties. If the balance (or agreed installments) is not received on time, the reservation may be considered cancelled, and the accommodation made available again. In this case, the deposit paid will not be refunded. In case of cancellation by the client, the 50% deposit remains acquired by the agency, regardless of the cancellation date.
