Where to rent in the Algarve

The central Algarve has the easiest beach access from Faro airport — a 35 to 50 minute drive depending on the town.

Albufeira — beaches and nightlife: Areias de São João, Olhos de Água, Praia da Falésia. Best for a first trip or a family holiday with restaurants within walking distance.
Vilamoura and Quarteira — marina, golf courses and long sandy beaches. The pick for a golf break or a quieter stay with shops nearby.
Armação de Pêra — a wide family beach and quick access to the Benagil caves and Praia da Marinha.
Paderne and the inland hills — larger villas, secluded pools, silence and countryside views, 20 minutes from the coast.

Villas with pool, houses or apartments

A private pool is what our guests ask for first: it changes July and August completely, when the beaches fill up early. Our villas typically sleep 6 to 10 guests, with several bedrooms, a full kitchen, air conditioning and a shaded terrace.

For couples or short breaks, apartments and townhouses remain the best value, often a few minutes' walk from the beach and the shops.

Seasons, minimum stays and budget

Rates follow three seasons: high season (July-August), mid season (spring, June, September and school holidays) and low season (November to March). The same villa can cost twice as much in August as in February.

A minimum stay applies by period — usually 5 nights, up to 7 nights at peak. The total, the tourist tax and the final cleaning are shown before you commit: enter your dates on a property page for the exact price, with nothing added on arrival.

How booking works

Pick your dates, send the request, and we confirm real availability. Payment is split in two: a 40% deposit on confirmation, the balance before arrival. You receive the summary, access instructions and the exact address once the stay is fully paid.

On site: keys handed over in person, a walkthrough of the house, recommendations for beaches, restaurants and markets, and support in English, French and Portuguese.
